Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ayzel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
